container auction

Hi guys,
last week i was watching a tv serie about container auction. it was pretty cool.
i wanna suggest to hold a container auction on the server. the container auction will be only for players
who have atleast 350$ ingame cash. this is becaus its going about a container with multiple chests.
if owen agreeds with this, then i will start working on it.
