In this post Ill be talking about a new Gravenia.
This sounds silly, but I created a server called Gravenia 3 , wich I will be releasing the IP when done installing plugins and completing the spawn area.There is still hope.
PLUS it was free :p

Can you Wait i tell you its ok to release the ip?

Jackonell is busy trying to put gravenia on his pc at home, so that could quite good. Gravenia as it is now.

we will use yours as a failsafe, in case jzckonell doesnt succeed.

Friend you shouldnt wait for me, if want to make it just do it becouse I will only be able to start working on the server in like 3 weeks, sorry.(exams) I hope to see you, jack

Go ahead jack. My server isn't wirking right, so I think I wont be able to make gravenia 3 after all. I can join it in my PC, but every one else has a prob

Make sure you are forwarding your network.

If you have more as 1 pc in your home, it will have a internal ip adress for the router.
see how to forward a port for your particular modem.

usually in windows:
- you go to the start menu
- type cmd in the searchbox and press enter
- type ipconfig in the black window and enter
- white text will appear look at your ipv4 adress (usually something like 192.168.0.x)
x being a number, that is your internal Ip adress.
- use a port forwarding program (google that.)
- forward the 25565 port (default minecraft) on that machine.
- normally people outside of your network will be able to connect.

if you don't have a fixed DNS IP, and you're server changes IP often use a client like the no-ip.info one, like I used for gravenia.

I have a HAMACHI server  (I know that people have to join my network in hamachi to join, but still it doesn't work even when people join my hamachi).

Ah, can't help with hamachi.

But you could ask carbon, he has experience setting up hamachi's

Owen, I had one a while ago, it was a vanilla with no mods at all and, barely remember how and for friend..someone told me before that you needed to shut down your firewall so the connections are better and such and stuff like that but, turning of firewall is risky and, when I was told that I lost interest. That last one seems the most helpful. If all of this doesn't help just like take down your firewall quickly (Windows: Start-Search-Firewall) and ask those 'people' you tried to play with the first time to try to join, if it doesn't work then, yeah I have no idea.

I have a hamachi server that i run for me and my cousins to play minecraft. If you want to make a hamachi server for Gravenia, you should first port forward your ip and also get a ip name of your choice like i did (thats what i remember when setting up my hamachi server) I still have some links that might help which are below.
